seat belt expertise please! (Or just common sense advice)

Hi, It's been many, many years since I've been on Bongo Fury, but I'm still happily a Bongo owner with my Bongo still serving the family very well. However, I was at a 'childrens car seat specialist' today and she was beyond horrified that I have been wrapping the belt buckles (buckle stalks I think...

Temp gauge acting oddly!

Hello All, We're back safely from the Bash and had a fab time - only downside was our temperature gauge giving us kittens on both the drive there and the drive home again. It kept fluctuating wildly from the 11 O'clock position where it normally sits, right down to the Cold position. It never went o...

DIRECTIONS PLEASE!!!

My husband (well, I'm blaming him)....appears to have 'filed away' (lost) all the info. we got sent to do with the Bongo Bash. (He's a bit of a tidy freak and it's probably nicely stored in a filing cabinet in the loft of something)! So we know we're going to Stourport, but other than that have no i...

Re: Maintenance class for petrol Bongos

Any more news on whether a teacher has been found yet?

Keeping my fingers crossed as this is the main reason we're coming...to find out what actually goes on under the bonnet (and front seats) of our machine!

Re: Maintenance class for petrol Bongos

If you do find a teacher, please add us to the class list.

We also won't be getting to the bash untill around lunchtime on the Friday so if a class could be run after this time that would be great.

Re: Homemade bedboards and platform removal

Hi there, We are about to try our new bongo in few nights and am investigating sleeping arrangements too, with our little monkey son most likely to sleep in the roof top, as combined weight of us bulky adults exceeds japanese design. Can I just clarify if you can put in bed boards and leave the ori...

Re: Homemade bedboards and platform removal

Many thanks again NT. Will get hubby onto it this weekend. He's turned into a bit of a DIY addict what with the success of our loft boards and now the bongo boards! We're currently only using the 2 larger boards as our little one is still small - means we have more room to get him and down and we ha...

Re: Homemade bedboards and platform removal

Hi All, Just got back from a successful weekends camping trip in the Bongo - the first one with the new bedboards. It all worked really well and the Tomy bedrail stopped the little one hurling himself out (which he did try on a couple of occasions so we know it was up to the job). The only thing we ...

Re: Rear seats - how far back do they go?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, the seats currently stop about 1ft short of this piece of black metal so I didn't think it was this that was stopping them.

Do you still think it is this I need to remove?
