I managed a sneaky trip on Sunday! I exercised the bongo by driving it, I exercised the dog and myself in lovely wooded footpaths at Cholderton. Then I ate a lovely Sunday roast in the bongo, in the car park of Tim's pub!
It was lovely. It wasn't sneaky at all really.

Re: How high is a high top and got any pics?
We have a tin top Bongo and are thinking about converting the roof. I know some people on here have high tops and feel quite tempted by that as an option. How high is your van with the high top? How high is a van with a pop top conversion? And do you have any photos of the inside of the high top ro...

Would that make it a convertible?helen&tony wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 8:40 am Hi Ian...
I've just written to them...I was wondering whether anyone had fitted one?....I remember Hayden fitted one as a removable item, but I wonder how they're fitted...I could get a local team to "do the dirty", and paint it myself
Cheers

Re: Where I've been for the past 3 months
Oh dear! back in Lockdown and back in the back garden. This was us last Friday evening - smoking out the neighbours, but they got their back on Saturday night. Shame we stayed in the house eh (until bedtime that is). Ruca moonlight.jpg Oh yes, I'm telling fibs. That photo was from first Lockdown. Ne...

Re: Accessing Members Area: Problems With Chrome?
I use Chrome on my work laptop. I don't often go into Bongoland. I just did today after reading this thread and entered the usual Username, not me, with the current password, with a capital first letter, in the August update. I got this: Oh I can't upload a word doc with my screenshot or a pdf OK it...

Just a few from the non meet at Eastnor. 23 units in all. All socially-distancing. It all worked very well.

As Bob said, plus I suggest we form our own bubbles of 6 people. There will be no central firepit or gathering this year. Pub (Prince of Wales) not doing food and too small for a large group.

Re: Where I've been for the past 3 months
Been out and about quite a lot lately, whenever possible to get away from all the idiots out there. Now Swindon's Covid cases are rising. Hopefully people will follow common sense and do what I do - don't go anywhere where there are loads of people, wash hand, etc, etc. Anyways, there'd better not b...

Lovely thought Ian. They were a lovely couple and I hope we'll still see Paulette from time to time.
