Re: Advice needed!!

This is becoming a common problem, with the vehicles getting older and older, if they have been undersealed corrosion is not always visible until its so bad it fails badly :-( There may also be a question about certain garages that carry out MOT's with "good" results, no personal experienc...

Re: Weird electrical issues

No but put them all back not just one or two! Otherwise unintended loops can be created! The idea is sound because it allows you to restore to normal in just a few seconds in the event of oddities.

Re: Heating question

X01 are the fuses on the SB arm,
X02 is in the middle of the van under the bonnet,
X03 is the internal fuse box down by the drivers knee.

Re: Weird electrical issues

Yes as commented on the other post check all the fuses, the unswitched power is fused on the top left fuse of the X03 internal fuse box, often this will be on a Swap Loom so check its internal connection and also the fuse box at the other end of the Swap Loom are all OK. Oddities like this can still...

Re: Heating question

Well it could be the relay that controls the aircon fan, but to be honest with the other problems it suggests that there might be other factors at work of a more common form! I would suggest getting a cloth and can of WD40 to hand and then pull each and every fuse from its socket and clean the conne...

Re: Autobox slam/jerk between reverse and drive

Best I can suggest is check the Garage list in the Members area, living in the SE not sure what is available to you. Otherwise have a ring around the auto-gearbox specialists, lots of garages won't touch the boxes and not sure I would trust most garages either!

Re: Damage to under door trim - is this repairable?

Are you referring to these side step mouldings under the sills ? https://www.lushprojects.com/bongoparts ... mgno=.html The part numbers top left can usually be googled, but probably the only sources will be breakers in the UK.

Re: sliding door rear roller mechanism

There available on the web https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=S08472233C otherwise its check the breakers for small parts like these as there unlikely to put them on the web so phone calls around to pin them down.

Re: Weird electrical issues

The two larger cables handle the power side of the switching, whilst the smaller wires control the operation of the relay, one will most likely be a Black wire (if they stuck to a colour code!) to earth the coil, the other will go to the either to an Ignition switched circuit (preferred) but some go...
