Re: Bongo garages in kent

And please don't drive it until you're sorted.

The diesel and V6 must be bled properly after any coolant loss.

There's a recommended garage near Bodmin, too.

Sorry, can't think of the name.

Re: about to be written off.

Rotten luck. :( Remeber it's yours. The insurance company can only take/buy it off you with your consent at an agreed value. You may prefer to sell salvage to someone like Bongo Spares, you may prefer to repair or you may decide to sell every single part on flea bay. Depends on the time/space/determ...

Can't help technically, but the 2 litre doesn't have any quirks so hopefully your breakdown chap will be fine.

Good luck. 8)

If you can't get through on the phone e mail is good.

Allan can't always get to the telling bone as he's in the workshop. 8)

Re: Intermittent Starter

Possibly the solenoid contacts. Cheap off e bay and fairly simple to fit. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/293191698249?ul_ref=https%253A%252F%252Frover.ebay.com%252Frover%252F1%252F710-53481-19255-0%252F1%253Ftoolid%253D11000%2526campid%253D5338365712%2526customid%253DSHEDGAR4164329%2526catId%253D...

Re: Overheating

Sadly impossible to say if the water pump caused the original problem, but it does sound like there's a lot to sort out. :(

Which engine do you have? Was the work carried out by a Bongo Savvy garage? Has it been bled properly after each 'event'?

No worries, do use the search box, top right, and check out the thread from August 2017 about Bringmeabongo, essential reading before you part with cash.

Re: bringmeabongo.com

Hi, welcome aboard. 8) The company you mention has come up on here so a search might bring up some info. I can't remeber what the reviews were like as it was a good while ago. Do check out Wheelquick, Wigan, and Bongo Spares, near Huddersfield, who are both highly regarded. Your budget should get yo...
