If you have a slim mid conversion you can keep your back seats with no modifications - job done :)

Fantastic to hear so many of you can make it! I arrived back in UK yesterday, got picked up from airport by my parents in my bongo, I drove home , although scared half to death cos I've been driving on the right for the past 10months! Absolutely fantastic to be 'home'. Really looking forward to Nan...

have a search for threads about the conversion that I did for 'DYDO' -she was my Bongo before I emigrated. I ha a narrow mid conversion that was custom made and didn't mean changing the back seats at all :) Safe as houses (or bongos).

We use one of these for our 4 year old http://www.vw-beds.com/products/bongo.html With thermal screens on the windows and the curtains behind the front seats it makes her own bedroom. We also have a toddler who sleeps with her mum downstairs and me in the roof. I have had the roof converted by 321a...

You can park in 80% of the Trafford Centre spaces - just stay in the outside carparks, no problem. (and its free)

Thanks for the response - going to let the train take the strain!!! Do a reccy whilst I'm wandering round for the next visit!!! :lol: Very sensible. When I want to park in Manchester I usually take my Bongo up to the Lake District :lol: But seriously, I've used a reasonable one not far past the top...

You don't need DIY skills. You also don't need 3 complicated pieces that 'interlock'. If you can find my thread, I did it with 2 pieces and they didn't connect, they just sat there nice and snug. I took the measurments to B&Q, picked up the piece and got them to cut them, job done. I stuck yoga ...
