Hi Dave!! Thanks soo much for the pictures and extensive info!!! Im pretty confident it will only be the resistor pack or a fuse as i took out the fan when it was rusted about 3 months ago (the vehicle hasnt moved since then lol) only used the fan a couple of times... A auto electrical mate at work ...

Interesting posts guys thank you!! I have no problem taking out of park or running trhought from park to drive or any other gear, it just wont start sometimes... Maybe the starter solenoid contacts or the gearbox switch could be the go!!! Are the gearbox switch and the starter solenoid contacts easy...

Yep thats what my wishbone diameter is =27mm.. Hence im sure my wishbone is stadard of 27mm.. They must have sent the wrong ones as im sure speaking to a few vehicle builders at work recon even if they were pressed in they would have been closer to 26mm diameter and pressed in maybe but 20mm that th...

Just received today my lower inner wishbone Bushes (55mm outer diameter)and I'm just wondering if they should be Pressed in because the shaft diameter is 27mm and the bushes I have have a 20mm diameter. :evil: Are these wrong? I took a look at the youtube bongo fury coolant procedure... they mention keep topping up the coolant as its being bled(at the engine bay area bleed pipe) but they dont mention wether if the coolant will over flow at all in the expension tank when hot!! So in Laymans terms a cold pressure test he used is unreliable when using a pressure gauge on the coolant expansion tank??? No visable signs of leaks anywhere.. UV additives will have to ask around there but dont fancy my chances.. Carnt even get front brake discs or front rear lower wishbone bushes...

Update... Alterenator is off the car.
