Re: London Low Emission Zone.

Bongos (of any type) will not meet Ultra LEZ criteria and will have to pay the daily charge. This is because the engines used are not Euro tested.

"Vehicles that do not meet Euro4 (petrol) or Euro6 (diesel) standards will have to pay a daily charge of £12.50."

If you want one of these remaining slots you will need to send me a text with your membership number, name, vehicle registration, and the nights you want to stay. I will t...

Connecting Rods on Diesel Engine

This query, way out of level of technical competence, has been received from James. He has a 4WD automatic diesel Can I please ask you a detailed engine question? Andy (Lemar Engines in Totnes) really knows his engines — 40 years in the area! He showed me my engine with the head removed (which is cl...

Does this also include BBQs (off the ground) that are kept alight after cooking by adding fuel? Might be worth clarifying.
Why on earth would you do that? A BBQ is for cooking. Once cooking is over, there's no point in adding fuel........unless you are thinking of having a late sausage.

Open Fires

I have been asked to clarify the policy on open fires at the Bash. Lickhill Manor's policy is that open fires are not allowed in any circumstances. This includes firepits, braziers and even "raised platform" campfires. The policy was introduced because of the danger of embers settling on awnings and...

Final Peparations

Nearly there! The site is now full to its capacity of 245, so late bookings will be in the overflow field. All our lists are printed out, all pre-orders have been loaded. The Friday night DJ, Saturday night band, children's entertainer, marquee company and Whittles Coaches have all been re-confirmed...

It's possible that the fuel has evaporated and caused a blockage in the banjo filter or fuel filter.

Re: Guests

Well, it is a members only event. We have to do this for insurance reasons. And because we get a discount on booking the whole site if it is a members event. We book the whole rally field so it's dirt cheap. That's the official line. But like I said above we are always willing to let friends and fam...
