Re: Front door rattle / closing
Ah good to know, I'll take a look to see if the rubber stops are present soon. Bending the door...sounds scary, assuming you have to approach this gingerly at first

Front door rattle / closing
Hey Folks, The drivers side door on my bongo doesn't seem to close so 'nicely'. It's not closed snugly and it means near the top of the window it can kind of flex out to create a gap. it's especially apparent when on the motorway as wind resistance causes this gap to open slightly and air to come in...

Tie rod castle nut torque
Replaced track rod ends today, all went surprisingly well! However, it occured to me that the castle nut most likely wants to be set to a torque, but am having trouble finding the spec, any hints?

Raising the van
Howdy Bongonauts!
Does anyone have experience raising the bongo on spacers? I'm familiar with the pillow kits for the rear coils that improve the ride, but I'd be curious about what the options are to lift the whole vehicle and get some proper ground clearance
Cheers,
BB

Re: Rock and Roll bed supplier recommendation
thanks for the info, nice little conversion you got there! Does the JDS bed cantilever out, or are there feet that slide forward over the floor?

Re: Cylinder Head Advice
thanks for the intel folks, and thanks for the recommendation for the cylinder head supplier, i forgot to ask that in the op but came to mind today.
I'm based in Bristol, i had my lookover done at ADS, and will likely get them to do the work on the coolant system.

Cylinder Head Advice
Hey folks, Blazerbob here- long time stalker, first time poster. Despite having stalked on here for a while, i only came to own my bongo a couple of months ago but have done 300+ miles a week in it. It shows 94000 on the clock, not sure of km / mile split. No service history. I got round to taking h...
