This is sounding more like a suspension problem if you can feel it through the pedal. did the garage actually take the pads out and inspect them or just confirm that they have enough "meat" left on them. could be that a pad has cracked or become contaminated in some way. if a ball joint o...

the noise does stop when steering without pressing the brake it only sometimes happens when braking and steering at the same time. the garage did take it on a test run but found nothing he thought it might have been the hand brake shoes but i dont know why he thought this.but he couldnt find anythin...

thanks to everyone for the info. i going to go to halfords next week and see if they can do it also ask them about fitting the hose for future bleeds. they have been good with my focus and had been a couple of months ago with boris for a free check up b4 i did a 600 mile trip and they seemed to know...

hi mate thanks for the reply
had mine for about 6 months had the heads done b4 i got it so i think its the ranger as well dont like the idea of fitting the new bleed hose think ill try the funnel in the rad method .overfill then watch for the bubbles.hope this works.

hi all i need to do an air bleed (no heat from heaters )but dont have a bleed hose. i have seen how to vids online where you just need to remove rad cap over fill with funnel heaters on full turn on engine to heat up i'm thinking this should still work on a bongo am i right about this. 2.5 diesel 4x...
