Sound of the wind
Good evening everyone - i think I have a wind problem. A few weeks ago we had the exhaust back box replaced as the pipe at the end rusted and dropped off. Ever since then there has been an odd wind type noise from within the cab. It is a difficult sound to describe as it is not a hissing noise but s...

Re: Internal Panel Card
Hi all,
Thanks for the responses - I did try Bongo Spares' website but it is the actual panel 'cards' that I need - the panel that kinda goes from floor to about half way up......
Cheers

Internal Panel Card
Hello, I have recently revised my side conversion and consequently there is a massive piece of internal panel missing on the drivers side where the original side converion was. I have searched on google but am not overly sure what these are called. The panel I need is on the driver side adjacent to ...

Re: Screw holes in van floor
Just had one other question for those who have laid vinyl in their vans. When it comes to the wheel arches, do people generally whip the panels off and then vinyl up to the metal arches OR leave the panels on and then let the seat rail covers cover that bit? Not 100% sure what the easiest and cleane...

Re: Screw holes in van floor
Cheers guys.
I went with bungs for the bigger holes and tappers for the smaller ones. Painted top with zinc and about to get the underside sorted.

Screw holes in van floor
Hello all, Firstly, apologies if this is in the incorrect forum. I recently removed the carpet and ply flooring as I need to replace them both for conversion purposes. Although there were no rust patches that I was expecting to find, there are two holes the size of an old 2p piece where the sink dra...

Just an additional update to this - as part of cam seal change, the camshaft and rockers were replaced due to excessive wear.

Re: Oil leak - passenger side front
Hi all, Just thought I would provide a final update for this topic as the oil leak has now been fixed. So the culprit here turned out to be the cam shaft seal at the front (this was the last bit that I couldn't get to in order to check). There was also an issue with the rocker gasket that I bought; ...

Re: Refitting Undertray
Nope - I managed to get the thing off without snapping anything. However, I did check the lush projects diagrams and I have ordered up a handful of bolts as a few were missing. One thing I did notice on the lush diagrams is that there should have been some spacers but there were definitely none pres...
