Hi,
The diesel pump is leaking from the block at the rear, i have read a few posts but cant seem to find exactly what the best solution is. I gather that a seal/s will have gone somewhere, most likely the one behind the large nut at the back. but also there was mention of an internal leak if it was ...

Cheers for that, yeah probably that instead. I was trying to work out how the light worked, that last bit is handy to know. Been driving it around and all seems fine.

Sorted, it looks like there was a dodgy connection somewhere. Used electrical cleaner spray on the plug to the alternator, pushed it on and off a couple of times and the lights go out now.
As there was a good charge going to the battery i gathered it must be something to do with the charge light ...

The charging and sediment light came on after a long drive. I have previously had this and know it usually means the alternator has gone. I got them from Mazda Bongo.com. I can't remember the surcharge but need to get another inner seal. I am sure that must be the answer, the 71 mm seal is for another type of axle. Cheers

Cheers, any idea what the 71 mm one is for? Looks like i may have caught the inner seal when i re inserted the drive shaft.
