Thanks again for your help.
We took our Bongo to 321 Away just outside Reading and they diagnosed it was just a sensor that was broken, not the ABS pump. Phew! So even though I wasted your time asking for the PN, we ended up spending much less money than we thought. (We also got distracted by the ...

Re: Where is my ABS pump?
I need your help again!
The chassis number is SG5W-302747 but this number does not feature in the grid that relates to 43-7A0. Hmm. Can anyone direct me to another crib sheet where this chassis number might be connected to the ABS pump PN?
THANK YOU!

Re: Where is my ABS pump?
Ah ha! That makes it much easier if they all have a generic code.
And that pump's so cheap! I presume we can trust bongospares2012? Seems a steel at £60.
Thank you again for answering my questions. Like having experts sat next to me

Re: Where is my ABS pump?
Thank you, Ian.
I was led to believe that the pump would have a number unique to itself, but is that wrong? Is it the same code for all ABS pumps?

Re: Where is my ABS pump?
Ah ha! Brilliant. I've located it!
One last question, might you know where a code/reference number might be? Looks like I might have to get under the engine to look from underneath?!?

Where is my ABS pump?
Hi there
We are trying to source a second hand ABS pump for our Mazda Bongo and we have been asked for the code/number of our current ABS pump - but I don't know where it is in the engine? Can anyone help me?
We have a 1998 V6 petrol bongo.

Thanks to all of you for your replies! This is the first time we've posted on here and it's great to see the advice come in.
In response:
* We know we have had it good for 7 years, we just thought that Bob would keep going for ever ;-)

Advice needed: repair or trade-in?
We have a 1998 V6 2.5l tin top that we bought in 2010 (when it had just been imported) for 6K from Robbie Manley in Barnstaple. For the past 7 happy years, no repairs have been needed.
HOWEVER, a full service this week has revealed several issues that will cost 2K to repair. These include:
* new ...
