Re: Glow plug flashing mystery

Thank you so much, I really do appreciate you decypherying those codes, I was going round in circles. I'll start with the LB as that's something I can tackle, as I am not mechanically minded.

Glow plug flashing mystery

The glow plug light flashes after than van has been running for over half an hour, roughly, not every time. I used the jumper cable technique to get the glow plug error codes. I can't make head nor tail of it, it's a complete mystery :? . I've attached a film of the flashing light in a .zip file. If ...

Flashing glow plug - need a garage that can read the ODB

Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find a similar post.

Glow plug light has been flashing after the engine warms up. Took the van to Beacon garage in Llandudno who were really helpful but couldn't diagnose the fault as they don't have the right ODB(?) reader for a pre 2001 bongo. I ...

Re: Hold light diagnostic code help 17/14/13

Again, thanks for getting back to me. Have now given up on sorting it myself and booked in at the garage that you recommended as that seems the wisest way forward.

Re: Hold light diagnostic code help 17/14/13

Thanks for replying

I found the site below and as it's a 2000 diesel I wondered if the code was p1714 from OBDII?

https://www.engine-light-help.com/mazda ... light.html

This wouldn't explain the 13 at the end of the sequence, but I'm struggling to make sense of it.

Re: Leisure battery / electrical problem

The two in-line fuses handle the Split Charge Relay and charging of the leisure battery, if either of these fails then you MUST replace BOTH fuses as whilst one will have blown the other will be damaged and with these not working then you won't be charging the leisure battery at all from the ...

Leisure battery / electrical problem

Hi, I've searched for similar problems on the forum and the fact-sheets and not found a solution, apologies if I'm duplicating here.

Bought a kit from Rooster around Christmas to run various bits off the leisure battery. Worked great. In Feb the leisure battery went flat. Made sense as I was using ...
