Hi everyone. Thanks for all the help. Got it running again. Seems to be a combination of a bad connection to the starter relay and a fuse. Cheers again.

Just the glow plug light.

Hi, thanks for responding. There is no noise when turning the key, the engine doesn't turn over. No dimming of lights.

The battery has been out for a full charge and tried a new battery too. No change.

Will check the earth when there's some light tomorrow.

Hi, we have a 2.5 diesel, 1995 Fred and it won't start at all. Was running 2 weeks ago with no issues.

When the key is in windows, lights wipers etc all work but there is no glow plug light on the dash and no effect from turning the ignition, just silence.
