Thanks for replying Geoff.
O/S/F is open circuit thus DEAD, indeed looks like connector O-04 has suffered some ingress.
For N/S/F, connector O-03 looks fine but only 1440 ohms across pins. Maybe shows ingress has started here too?
Can't see my ABS brackets, but would I be daft not to get a new one ...

Re: Brake warning light on dashboard.
My ABS orange warning light never went off, a month ago.
Since removing headlights, fairly sure I have now found the front wheels' ABS connectors O-03, O-04 (although I couldn't find the Control Unit connector O-01, buried too deep under leisure battery etc for bonnet access).

Re: Aircon does not run cold on V6
I'm very relieved to say the garage boss had another go today, solved it, he writes "was a bad connection on the relay underneath the fuse box".
Not sure which one he means, guess I'm not bothered now it's blasting out COLD air! Not pressing the point, but seems to me consistent with my "stress on ...

Ok I have found the AC circuit you posted https://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/viewtopic.php?p=723668&hilit=Chinese+based+one#p720503 (may even be able to view that with Flash in Chinese browser).
Not sure what you mean by "pulling in on the pump"?

Re: E10 Petrol: Have You Used It?
Just to say I am NOT using " Redex Lead Replacement ", having read on the label but NOT online "Do not use with Catalytic Converters" =D>
Instead, I'm adding Millers Petrol Power Ecomax multi-shot , alongside the Wynn's E10 Protector, adding both into each tank of 2:1 E10 to E5 Super Unleaded ...

Fuel pipe: braided needed for V6
I need an armoured fuel feed pipe, since critters keep chewin' mine  This being exposed on underside seems poor design :(

My V6 experience during September, taking my fuel economy as 7.7 km/l (ie 500km on a 67l tank )
6th: set off with tank ~full of E5. Added 37.7l of E10 at Shrewsbury, so estimate now 7.8% ethanol**. 2 days touring with no issues.

Hmm, this year MoT station merely gave me a "NON-CAT VISUAL CHECK":

Whereas last year, when I justified use of "Minibus limits", same station gave me "NON-CAT METERED CHECK":

Re: Diagnose more V6 emissions? (CO,but Lambda seems fine) DON'T DELETE
It seems to me unfamiliarity with this scenario is leading certain Testing Stations to "cover their a*se" by ALSO insisting on a Cat test.
(Perhaps understandable, given DVSA impose penalty points on Stations for "Irregularities", too many & they lose their Cert. ie livelihood).
But if they read ...

I got one of these, works perfectly.
Thanks for finding it, Katka.
Only slight issue is the Switch Surround has its metal clip AWAY FROM DOOR HINGE, towards vehicle rear. Towards the hinge, it has a PLASTIC clip to grip the door panel, not a 2nd clip as I guessed. Which (you guessed it :x ) broke ...

Fantastic news !! (and boy did I need some).
Ok we're lucky that never being marketed in the UK, Bongos never made it into DVLA's Emissions Handbook, so we get to use generous Minibus limits. Just hoping it's too much effort/cost for them to plug this loophole ... as Bongos fade very slowly into ...

Re: Diagnose more V6 emissions? (CO,but Lambda seems fine) DON'T DELETE
It seems clear to me that your MoT tester has NOT in fact taken on board what emissions limits are applicable to Bongos.
Had they done so, I rather doubt they'd be suggesting a "good run" aka "Italian tuneup", which seems to me unlikely to add anything because Minibus limits are so generous (12x ...

Water ingress along top edge of tailgate lights?
Looks like the original seal has failed along top edge of my tailgate lights.
After rain there's condensation within the lenses, after heavy rain I have to drain it out  (see pic)
I have a DIY sealant gun, propose to run that along the joint, but not sure which compound to use.

Re: Diagnose more V6 emissions? (CO,but Lambda seems fine) DON'T DELETE
It was re-MOTed today (I was too busy yesterday), having only driven 3 miles from home, but temperature needle had risen to 11 o'clock (i.e. no commute held in 3rd as Tuesday).
Of course it PASSED, no surprise there given the "minibus" limits for CO, HC are ~12, 6x respectively those for cars.
