Changing ATF metal pipes..
Hi folks. Any tips on changing the two full length metal ATF pipes? Space to manoeuvre is very tight isn't it!

Re: Engine Knocking (like piston gone) but no smoke?
If you take the air filter lid off is there a popping noise? One guy who looked at mine diagnosed a dropped valve when he heard this noise, but I'm still waiting on the garage to actually get their finger out and strip my engine down to find out for sure

Thanks for the number for bongo spares.
Yep I have a warranty, up to £300 but the dealer is being decent and promised to help me further.

Re: Where to source a reconditioned 2.5 diesel engine
I don't think they have taken the head off yet. I just got a quick update from the dealer I bought the Bongo from in the first place and they mentioned trying to get a reconditioned engine. They aren't doing the work themselves, another garage has her just now.

Where to source a reconditioned 2.5 diesel engine
It looks like I need a replacement engine for my Bongo
The garage reckon it has dropped a valve, but I'm not sure of the extent of the damage to the engine to be honest.
Any suggestions on where to source one? Or do any of you think it would be better to just fix the one I have?

Sounds like mine
I'll let you know what the garage says is wrong with mine... if and when I ever get a diagnosis
