Hi, thanks, yeah only when in drive or reverse, when in neutral it idles nicely or if anything slightly high at 1000-1200, which makes me wonder even more why it struggles and cuts out when in a gear.

its has CE04S08 engine and 4HC-AT transmission just incase.

Hi guys new to the bongo world having just got one this week to travel around NZ. Its a 1995 Bongo Brawny, 2l Auto.

Having a few issues with the auto transmission and it cutting out... It has a manual choke which is all good and works, however, no matter what the engine temp, choke amount etc, when ...
