Can anybody tell me how I can adjust my window wipers. When I switch them on the passenger side wiper does not move up, and it just drops off the windscreen and sticks there.

I'm hoping there is a way to adjust or tighten the arm, but I can't seem to find anything. Can anyone give some advise ...
