Your combination of London, drive/street parking and lack of NCB really does make yours a "worst case" scenario.

I'm sure this is why so many people don't insure their cars in London, which in turn will drive the prices up, which in turn will lead to more people not insuring their vehicles ...

I haven't managed to get anything better than £1100 for the year with Elephant Insurance.

I tried 2gether and Lifesure both wouldn't even provide a quote. Adrian Flux said they were unable to match the quote from Elephant.
