Undertray bolts.

I have been given an undertray, 2 parts (yes they are attached to each other) to go on my Bongo what size and how many bolts - I've had a look underneath and at the tray - my guess is 8mm (13mm head)? flange head (or a big washer) and 10 of them?

Thanks Tom

Accessing roof motors

What do I need to remove to get at these? Roof suck down - the system beeps but no motor sound. Searches say need to remove headlining? do I need to remove the upper side trim first? or can I just remove the headlining? Do I need to undo the whole roof (all the bolts/screws I can find?) or just some...

Re: No air form blowers :(

Helen, the AC matrix was dirty but not the main problem teenmal didn't make any difference hot or cold. The real problem https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2905/14287203668_1088fb8e4d_s.jpg Blowing by Idris_Ddraig , on Flickr No blow, sucking a bit - solved, somewhat by reversing the power and making th...

Re: No air form blowers :(

Hi If everything is working as it should, I should take the heater motor out, and clean the matrix behind it...they get absolutely clogged with muck...I'm afraid that even when you have thoroughly cleaned, they're not as powerful as some other cars , but they do work very well...even over here! Che...

No air from blowers :(

1996 - Manual Aircon I have no air (at all) comming out of any vents :( The blower fan works - and yes it spins the right way (even conected it up in reverse to check) - it's not the recirculation, I've even tried removing that. Under the dash the controls are conected to the various flaps and sound...

Re: Anybody recognise this module ???

Yea excellent stuff, works very well indeed, after dripping the solvent down the edges of the board for about an hour it softened the glue sufficiently to be pulled from the case. http://www.g8dhe.net/bongo_images/DSC_5883_pp.jpg http://www.g8dhe.net/bongo_images/DSC_5885_pp.jpg Now to reverse engi...

Re: Will These wheels Fit a Bongo?

I'd be more worried about the weight rating, they don't give one and only mention vehicles half the weight of a Bongo

Re: Travelling in France & Belgium

I agree with everything Simon Jones said. If you have the time stay off the autoroutes in France (Expensive). If you can fin the excuse go to Luxembourg, with an empty fuel tank - Cheapest fuel in Europe. In small towns and villages, don't assume right of way on the main road, 'Priority a droite' (R...

Undervehicle Watertanks

I have read mention of caktanks water tanks being used on the underside of the Bongo - anyone know which model? I don't have access to a bongo to measure (I still have a T4 for the time being - but trying to be prepared) so I can't just measure the gap and then look up which tanks fit tin the space....
