Got a Gasket from Mazda of all places. They had none in stock so had to order.

Thought it would be on a slow boat from China as they said it could be weeks,,,,

Hi all, have just removed a VJ29 turbo on a 1999 2.5D Bongo.

Anyone know where I can obtain a replacement gasket.
The gasket is square with the top right hole offset.

Just to update. The fault was the EGR VALVE stuck open.

Bought two blanking plates online for £6 from Allan's Garage Plymouth. Even shows how to do it. Easy DIY

I used T/Cut on mine worked a treat.

Correction,,, I Gain a few revs putting it into N/Park

Hi NB, putting it to N or Park makes no difference. I loose a few revs but thats all.

If I rev the engine at 2000revs for 3/4 seconds then release the accelarator all is well until the next stop and its tries to stall again.

Have changed all filters with no difference.
Have tried with fuel cap loose/Off with no difference.
Putting into N or Park with no difference. only in N/Park can you rev it out and all is ok until next stop.

Hi guys, I have a drive by wire 1999 2.5 diesel which has developed an idling problem when warm.
The engine runs as if it wants to stall, not all the time and only when on tick over at lights/junctions.
You can rev it out and all is fine until the next set/juction.

Are we thinking a sensor may be ...
