Whats the damage????
Evening all, Not long put a new complete cylinder head on the Bongo. After investigation the cam lobes worked loose causing the engine to loose compression and struggled to start (Guessing the timing was kicked out of sync as a result???) When finally started it was heavily missing with black smoke ...

Re: Bongo Problem - Is it serious???!
Thank You.
Having tried to drive it this afternoon - I am turning my attention to the injectors. Cams appear to be in goord working order.

Re: Bongo Problem - Is it serious???!
Non-Genuine complete head. Would the head need to come off or would it be a case of adjusting the cams???

Bongo Problem - Is it serious???!
Hello all, Looking for your advice. Fuelled up at Tesco last week and put in some Redex Diesel Fuel treatment. Day after the engine started to mis-fire and what appears to be some strange noises coming from the rocker cover area - sounds like some metal jingling together. Engine turns over as normal...

Re: Side Loading Door - No electric Motor Sound Anymore
Thanks Simon.
Door contacts appear to be free and not restricted. Do you happen to know what the fuse number is by any chance? I don't have a manual!!

Temp Gauge Rises Up Hill
Any ideas why the temp gauge rises whilst travelling up hills. I have carried out the modification to the rear of the gauge within the clock cluster. Is this normal practice as a result of the modification? I have not tested on any major hills as yet!

Re: Stereo Wiring
Originally it blew a fuse under the bonnet - put in a 30a as a replacement. Still no joy!
