Thanks for comments but I'm just not sure I'd trust it again which is a shame but with the head and hoses on top of what I can prob see coming up with the annual arch welds maybe new tyres and 2 new batteries I think our 'Tilly' is gonna have to move on!

thanks for getting back to me- its a 2 wheel drive diesel. the conversion was diy so really pretty basic its just the hours that I put into it etc, just wondered if anyone has had experience of fixing this kind of thing can it have a massive knock on effect afterwards I dont want to pay out ...

pics of our conversion if they help, beds look short but are around 5.8ft so my overhang onto the bench which is where we store the cooler box under the cushions.

Sorry been a while only just noticed your reply!
I have reversed the runners as well so with the middle seat now reversed I still slide it forward and backwards also on short rails. I have taken to removing the centre console though the middle seats do recline just with the console still in place ...

not managed to log on for a while but in the meantime have actually just gone for it swapped the middle seat around and found that if i tip the drivers and passengers seat fully forward, flatten the middle seats and use 2 boards we can rest them across the gap.
