Re: outwell country road attatchment help needed
Ah i will have a look later and take a picture and upload on here. That's a great help seeing your pictures. Do you then wind in the YKK once its connected. This looks a very neat way of attaching the awning so i hope its possible with the YKK.

Re: outwell country road attatchment help needed
What is kador?
Might try cutting some figure of 8 to attach then just don't want to mess it up.

Re: outwell country road attatchment help needed
Ok thank you i will give it a go when it arrives, i didn't know if i should buy some fixing stuff etc. Will this method provide a secure enough fit to a bongo to prevent flapping about in winds etc? Sorry for the silly questions but i have never had a awning before and know v little about them.

Re: outwell country road attatchment help needed
what should you attach them with? the velcro straps that come with the awning?
Would a figure of 8 work if i cut it to lengths to fit between the ykk brackets?

Re: Help....Drive Away Awning smallest with sleeping advice
That's very helpful. Esp the ribbon strip. On Amazon one person said it collapsed and exposed the contents they left in it. And something about it not being sealed very well when you drive away and the end that attached to the van flaps about a bit. I'm thinking this might be the best choice what's ...

Re: Help....Drive Away Awning smallest with sleeping advice
I am pretty keen on this awning, and hearing positive things from you guys is good. But looking at other reviews on amazon not so good. They seem to suggest if you use it as a driveaway awning it will collapse in high winds and that you need to buy extra guylines etc? Have either of you tried this? ...
