Gotcha!!
So I pulled all3 30A fuses and the connecting bar on the top all appear very sound and show no signs of being blown.
The 100A fuse on the other hand appears to be held in by a bolt head/tightening device so I need to work on extracting this. However if this has blown then what creates a ...

1) I have checked the battery output terminal fuses visually and they look OK
2) I have now checked every single fuse in the box by the drivers knee and they are all good
The interior lights do not work
The side lights do not work
The hazard warning lights do not work
BUT the dipped beams do work ...

Cheers everyone for the advice.
Checked the fuses under bonnet and in the box marked with circuit and main I found the ADD FAN 30A fuse blown which I have replaced with absolutely no effect on the outcome.
All the fuses immediately on the battery output (3 x 30A & a 100A) are all good.
