Leisure battery not charging

Hi Bongo chums! My leisure battery charges nicely when it's hooked up, but as far as I can tell it doesn't charge at all on a journey like it's supposed to (and always did). I have a built-in Power Management System. Any suggestions? I have a multimeter - which might provide the answer if I knew wha...

Thanks. It seems it's a common problem. Since mentioning it on the Bongo Facebook page this morning I've had six messages from people saying they're suffering the same thing - and, worryingly, none has got it sorted yet!

Dear Bongo chums, I'm relying on you for advice on my heater problem! The heater works only when it's set to the maximum 32 degrees. Even half a degree less means all I get is cold air. Yes, we're definitely coming, snow or no snow. Getting ridiculously excited at the thought of such a special occasion being the Bongo's first 2013 excursion. What time do we need to get there - and (with apologies for being a fortnight behind the times) are we too late to book some soup?
