Re: 12v system down - fuse check?

Hi Geoff

As far as I can tell the LB supplies the 12v on dash, 12v sockets in rear plus the radio. None of these are currently working.

I do have a EHU but that doesn't have a Zig or similar, it's a stand alone unit with RCD so totally separate from the LB.

Thanks for any help!

12v system down - fuse check?

First camping trip of the year and the 12v sockets didn't work :-( I assumed Leisure battery was dead but checked when I got home and it's got plenty of juice left. I planned to call in David Young who sorted the electrics when I first purchase the Bongo but he's no longer a "mobile electrician...

Re: Devon and Cornwall next meet

Isn't the meet tmrw? ******************* Trying to be fair to fellow Bongoleers with regards travelling distance, I have decided to hold the next meet at PRINCETOWN on the Sunday after Easter the 27th of April. Who is up for it, it would be nice to see how many would turn up? We look forward to meet...

In Ian's defence, I wouldn't say a two month window was little time to vote?

Re: Comfy Bed

Carey, thanks for the recommendation

Purchased the u shaped mattress topper last week and had best nights sleep in the bongo so far. Even managed a lie in this morning, after taking 5 yr old daughter to loo at 630am!

Can't answer any technical questions but looks like your conversion was done by the same place I got my bongo:

I plan to be there with the family (2 kids: 5&1) but I don't think we'll be staying over unless its an unseasonably warm Feb evening

Re: mattress/airbed or similar for driver & passenger seats

I'd recommend a memory foam mattress topper from amazon for about £35

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASI ... os_product

Used one last weekend for the first time and it made a massive difference to comfort levels :D
