Agreed Helen. Handy space for the loo and any wet / muddy stuff to hang during our glorious British summershelen&tony wrote:Hi
I also agree, Mike...The best place for the loo is in the tunnel that connects to the awning....plenty of airflow!
Cheers

Re: Battery issues with SB and LB
Thanks all - spent most of yesterday trying to work it out as the engine starts fine now. I did find (concealed under the steering column cover) a "turbo timer" which was switched off but still had LED display. This has now been disconnected and binned. The batteries both retained 12.8V ov...

Re: Battery issues with SB and LB
Cheers Chris - radio, 12v sockets, interior lights and blinds running off LB (I think). They all work with no key in the ignition.

Battery issues with SB and LB
Hi all - expert assistance required? I have a winter set up where I am currently using the existing second starter battery as a LB (with willington kit fitted). A couple of times the SB has gone flat when stopped and using what I thought was LB to charge my phone and listen to the radio for a short ...

Relocating front heater controls
Hi all - I am thinking of trying to move the heater 'head unit' and swapping it from right to left so my radio is under the vents and more easily accessible as it is a bit of a reach for the volume knob which is on the LHS of the radio head unit. What do I need to disconnect and is there much slack ...

Re: Flip up stove sink
Just put a hinge on the surface the hob/sink unit is housed in. Th gas pipe from the bottle will be flexible - just leave enough slack. and dont forget to make sure the sink is empty at bed time

Re: AFT re-enforcing plate advice
I had the same - had to wedge a tea towel under the AFT to stop the banging. Soon sorted by raising the roof slightly, and applying pressure to the rivitnuts with a rubber mallet. That was last year and the roof has been up countless times since and they are still intact.

Always get Amazon and eBay purchases sent to my work. Also eliminates trips to the post office / carrier depot to collect when I am not at home because I am at work!!!

Try here Derek - same thing

Found them invaluable for all sorts of stuff in the bongo from awning tie downs to washing line holders. It lets you attach a guy line just where it suits rather than where there is an eyelet (or most usually not an eyelet)

Re: Unhooking figure of eight drive away?
The figure of 8 stays on if you keep up the tension. I found an excellent device http://www.mkmonline.co.uk/shop/product/10687/instant-clip-on-tarpaulin-eyelets-(4).aspx?gclid=CMiApsCo2bcCFVIV7AodmH4ArA Tarp clips attach each side of the awning and guy I them down sideways. Keeps the awning tight in...

Re: Leisure battery ammeter question
looks like a neat piece of kit - I am not so electrically minded. Is this the best sort of gauge for keeping an eye on your leisure battery condition / usage?
