Well I dont know about swansea area but you could try ringing Capels of Pengam, wher I bought mine, Good people, the mechanic there is a bongo marvel, they might be able to offer advice, worth a try, the top guy is Jason, 01443 831209. They are very reasonable too. Happy motoring.

Took my Bongo to Dave Coe auto engineering in Gorseinon Swansea, (behind the Mardy pub). He specialised in Japanese imports.

Out of the 2 garages, the one in LLanelli is where I had my starting motor reconditioned & fitted - £96 If memory serves me right. Had it back the same afternoon as it went in.

Dave Coe in Gorseinon is where I have it serviced. Very good mechanic, very busy too, not cheap £170 + vat for a full service. Also had the bets changed on top of the service £20 for the belts & £40 labour, plus the VAT. When I phoned him there was about a 3 day wait before he took the Bongo in. Dropped her off at 8:30 in the morning and collected her at about 17:30.
Does have a lot of Jap imports in there, also has a lot of high performance cars in there i.e scoobies etc.

I'm happy with both these, if its auto electrician, I'd go to the one in Llanelli as he is an auto electrician not a mechanic.
