Upon looking, the current reversing light is an 18w wedge style bulb.

I can see 15w and 21w red wedge style bulbs for sale. Which is best to go for?

I think 21w is the legal requirement, same as brake lights and indicators. :wink:

Have now fitted a 21W red bulb in place of the offside reversing light. It operates correctly but looks a little bit pink compared to the tail lights above.

Will that pass the MOT ok?


Here is a photo, but on the photo you can't tell that it looks pinker:

You will probably be ok if you get a Lady tester. ( in a good mood)
