My Bongone got stuck a couple of weeks ago - had to be towed out by a Unimog

embarrassing isn't it Remember the bongo being so good on a muddy field, but the space in the new van makes up for the one and only time so far of being pulled out by a tractorfrancophile1947 wrote:umbongocat wrote:eeeek, will you pull the bongons out when they get stuck ?

Yep, that's the only time I've been stuckumbongocat wrote:

There was very nearly a nasty accident though Before sending for the Unimog, we tried using those grip mat things - got the wheels on them and proceeded to try reversing - the wheels turned and the mats lost grip and shot forward, missing my friend by no more than a couple of feet - he wasn't impressed We had a good laugh afterwards, but it wasn't funny when it happened

those grip mats are basically useless! What van have you got now? We have an Elddis Firestorm and love her. Miss the bongo for day car but not as a camperfrancophile1947 wrote:Yep, that's the only time I've been stuckumbongocat wrote:
