Anyone know if it's legal to free camp for a night or two in Germany and Austria? Making our way down to Slovenia from Calais and need to do a couple of stops on the way :)

In Germany just use the Stellplatzes I think the Bongo would count as a "Wohnmobile" some are free others are charged for but still very cheap. Some have full facilities others are just a place to park and sleep.

Because of the Stellplatz culture in much of Germany I can foresee that wild camping might be seen as "unnecessary"
