standard springs

The Bongo I bought I bought recently had been lowered but it's too low, found it bottoming out on a recent camping trip. anyone know what the standard spring size is so i can raise the ride height? I fully understand the handling implications but could i raise the ride height just a little more than standard ? will I be looking at new shocks too? cheers, Mike
