How much stuff do I safely carry in a bike rack storage box?

After my last video of the Thule 900 Backup storage box on a bike rack I wanted to show how much stuff I carry safely in it, its all about lightweight stuff so it won't overload and cause damage to either van or box.

Watching your vidsl been meaning to get a storage box for the back as I have a Thule bike rack already which I use a lot, don't take bikes when we go away for a few days so extra storage would be most welcomed, just managed to get the Backpack 900 on eBay as new by the look of it for £250 picking it up later this evening!
