My mother used to tow a sprite 400 with an austin 1100 40mph max or 20mph up hill whats the problem?
what about a Eriba Puck. Expect derision and slow speeds.
The Eriba Puck is the smallest model of the Eriba familie. This is a 2 persons caravan and is very suitable to tow behind an oldtimer car. The caravan is small and light , it weights less than 500 kg ,and you don't need extra mirrors on your car. (modern ones are heavier, search for it)
I have a 2.5 tdi and 1000kg Pennine folding camper no probs, but you aint got a diesel.

With a 20l Bongo you won't have an issue, that will tow the biggest caravan known to man, however the 2l you might struggle #-o

I wouldn't want to tow anything with my 2L. With 2 adults, 2 dogs and a van load of 'stuff', as my other half commented "it really doesn't like hills, does it?!"
