Count me in. I'm also on for the Hill of oaks doo down the road on 6th may
its a long way back and forth from sunny West Mids so will try to fill
time up that end.
Any suggestions for camping cheap. I know its long bank hols time, what
with Easter, wedding and May day all rolled into 1. The diesel id save might cover it.

You are most welcome to stay at Allithwaite Bongobaz, it is a good middle ground for the lakes. You will be hard pushed to find anything at this short notice. You can have use of the facilities of kitchen, loo and showers during your stay and I am just up the lane if you need anything. Small issue on your part might be that I think footballers practice there one night. I can find out if they are but there is plenty of space on the field for not to be an issue for either party. Lad's around here are sound and chatty.

It is an option

Ermmm <Me squirms> I did a typo a while back over prices :( I must have been thinking of Christmas. Tis £12 for hook up and £10 for non hookup. It is all going to the charity of the field which is a beautiful place. We hope to put more hook ups there this year and broaden horizons more.

Also Baz, you can go on hook up, once most have packed up and gone if you wish

Ok had a busy few days, sorry. Here is an up to date list of attendees to date….
Just because it is nice to start with a picture.
Image Fell to the left of the field

Those in order of asking for hook ups.
(I am aware some post’s have gone missing a few of mine have)

DBO
Dabs in a tent or the kitchen
Diamond
Harry
Bongoplod
Blobber
Peg Leg and Co
Gillian’s Dad

Those not on hook up but next in line.
Debs and David
Yorkshire Lass (can split a hook up)
Happycampers
LoppyLoo, hopefully a visitor/stop over
Karen
BongoDonkey
Tomo
JD's Jeanette and David
Diane and cubs very hopefully
Tay sun/sat
Bongo Baz

All friends and guests are very welcome to visit or stay. Our aim is to meet up have a good laugh with mates and raise funds for our community project here. Would be nice to get another eight hook ups this year if possible and make something good better.

I will equip the outside drinking water taps with a hose for those that need to fill water butt things this year also.

Dogs should be kept on leads please and be seen to be walked off the field. It is as Brian said pretty much a standard if not a law in some counties on public land where children play. Of course clear the dollops up, we know this. It will be our first year without a dog, believe me I love ‘em.

There will be some activities for anyone wishing to take part but that is not obligatory. Anyone is just free to stop over and do their own thing.

A couple of people have contacted me to ask if they can come over on Thursday 21st to miss the bank holiday exodus. This is fine by us, I can be in the field Thursday afternoon if anybody else wishes to join us then.
