Weather? What weather?

Okay it was wet for most of the time but it certainly didn't spoil the proceedings. Well done to Ian and Marianne and their team who made it another great bash. The Olympics went ahead on Saturday afternoon and what great fun it was too. Medals were handed out to mainly foreign countries going by the national anthems being played!! Saturday evening saw much dancing to 80's music and even the rain couldn't lure people back to their Bongo's for respite, so the dancing continued.

For anybody thinking about being out off by bad weather for future bashes forget it. We've been coming to the bash since 2005 and it hasn't always been sunny. However the warmth of everybody attending more than makes up for any adverse weather conditions.

Again it was so good to meet old freinds and make new. Can't wait for next year come rain, hail, snow or thunder.

Cheers 'an gone. Until next year.
