Middleton in Teesdale

Post by stuc » Thu Dec 11, 2014 9:01 pm

Stayed here in the summer, nice site on the river. Nothing to do though, very peaceful.
Spot my bongo and my kids on the video, and that's my mate on the GSXR at the end too as he called in.
Would be a great place for a North East meet next year.

Yep, been there done that!

this was a special fishing spot for me a long while back Stu. I had a mate (retired game keeper) who I used to go fishing with. He showed me all around this area and it is stunning.

Have you ever tried Cow Green? Now that's remote. Has a nice wild car park and lot's of trout for supper

My eldest (8) is very interested in fishing but I don't know much about it. I got him a cheap rod but not sure what to attach on the end to catch anything. Not had much luck.
