Here goes my first post on a forum of any kind ever.....
We have had our Bongo for over a year but still not slept in it!! I am determined to put this right! Am thinking of investing in these curtains for the rear window: https://van-x.co.uk/mazda-bongo-tailgat ... n-kit.html
I've seen this film about how to fit them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLnd8FWrYWM
But I'm still not sure I could manage it. Does anyone have any experience of these curtains and whether they are any good or not? Or know someone in east London way that could fit them for a small fee?
Toodle pip!

Re: Fitting rear curtains
Hi, and welcome aboard.
That looks a fairly simple fit, although I'd centre punch before drilling, and wear safety glasses when using the drill. A 2mm drill can very easily break.
I'm nowhere near you, but if you make your first outing Somerset I'll give you a hand.

have a read of this
it refers to fitting standard Mazda curtains (in my case 2nd hand and more expensive than the Vanx)

Ps I understand the Van X use of a separate channel, good idea if not aestheticaly perfect.

Re: Fitting rear curtains
They look very neat. I made my own curtain and fastened hook and eye style net curtain wires to hold it up - worked perfectly for 5 years so far and cost about a fiver.
