Bongo Fury

This members-only event will be held at the Pencarnan Farm site near St Davids, Pembrokeshire SA62 6PY commencing on Thursday 18th May, departing Monday 22nd May. As this is a smallish and popular site a priority booking system will be in place.

Those wishing to book all 4 nights can do so by telephone only (0114-2550836) from 0930 on Thursday 15th December. You can not book before this date.

If there are any remaining places these will go on sale on 16th February. Full details in the member's area of the main website.

These are their 2017 prices, and members booking all 4 nights will receive a 10% discount:

£10 per adult per night
£4.50 per child per night
£1.50 per dog per night
£3 per hook-up per night

So, just to take an example entirely at random, an adult from Wiltshire in a Bongo, with a dog, with no electric hook-up, will pay £41.40 for 4 nights.

So a fictional couple from Somerset (with hook up but no kids or dogs) would pay about £83.80 for the four nights.

A reminder that bookings for this meeting commence this Thursday 15th December at 9.30am. In the first instance we will only be taking bookings for those wishing to stay for all 4 nights. Bookings by telephone only on 0114-2550836. Please have membership number available when phoning.

All 30 pitches have now been sold and a waiting list is now in operation. We will see if we can get some more places in the New Year.

We managed to obtain some more pitches, and the waiting list has now been cleared. But there are now no electric hook-ups left, although there are still 6 non-electric pitches left.

We are down to the last 5 slots, all non-electric, for Friday and Saturday nights only.

Information packs for this event were posted and emailed this afternoon.

Weather permitting we are planning a beach BBQ on Saturday night so bring a portable barbecue kit (if you have one) , food, and lashings of lemonade.
