Very interesting. At 2:30 into the video is something i wish i could source, although i think my ideal design might have a panel that goes over the tailgate so rain doesn't pond around the rear windscreen plus the design would be simpler just to throw over as no special clipping in place would be needed.

That does indeed look like a convincing Bongo sales vid. I'd be tempted to buy one on the strength of that!

For a moment I thought you were referring to this vid http://igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/view ... 37&t=68598 which at the time I had no idea was being filmed :lol:

Wow, well spotted Gasy and that is absolutely what i was talking about. Only issues I can see are Bongo reversing mirror affecting the fit and whether it will fit neatly on a Bongo if it's a universal fit model. I might also like optional storm poles at the corners to prevent the sides blowing in when it's windy. But it might be possible to DIY something to fit as an extra (poles would anyway need to be sprung so as not to strain tailgate hinges when suspension moves during entering/exiting the vehicle)

They do one with a frame
There's lots of unusual things on there web site
And not a bad price
Gas safe heating engineer / plumber if you need any advice just shout.
