Does it change volume/tone as you turn right/left (ie put more or less weight on it)?
(Only asking as mine has some sort of speed-related ticka-ticka-ticka which has been slowly getting more noticeable over the last 6 months - haven't diagnosed it yet - wondered if it might be a bearing.)

For Sale: Dometic F400EGP -3-way freezer
I've just bought a 3-way Waeco from gumtree (a bongonaut!!!). The seller has another unit for sale - too big for me (505 x 610 x 510), but said I'd post on here. 2-star freezer - 12V, mains or propane/butane gas. £100. Payment and possible relay to be arranged. ;) https://www.dometic.com/enie/Intern...

Re: Is this leak normal?
The exhaust manifold is under the tin plate below. The rocker cover is the domed bit on top and the rocker cover gasket seals between the rocker cover and the head. New gaskets are about £10, and do compress over time and weeping oil is not uncommon. You can try nipping up each of the bolts on the r...

Thanks, folks.
Bought it.
It just fits where I want it to. Hopefully it will sit in the kitchen where I want it to... it's a thing of beauty!

Re: Tough Northerners Summer Camp 7 to 10 August Cumbria
Those of you who left on Sunday, did the right thing. Hurricane Bertha hit Dent with a vengeance overnight. Suffice to say we were up at 5.30am to take down what was left of the awning. Otherwise had a great weekend meeting old and new friends. Gordon & Moira (and Charlie). Ouch! Nice t...

I've seen one little-used one locally for £85. I've currently got the Aldi/Lidl 23L or whatever it was... 18deg below ambient, I think - bit crap, really. The Waeco is larger, 30 deg below ambient, ice-cube tray works when running on gas I believe. Understand I may need to uprate 12V wiring for driv...
