My horn has stopped working. I have checked the horn itself and the wiring to it but to no avail. I've also been through all the fuses under the steering wheel but none have blown. I assume there is a relay involved somewhere but have no idea where it is. I don't want to mess with the steering wheel...

The airbag light on my V6 Bongo has started flashing (not steady). Does this indicate a fault with the system or a wiring/earth/sensor problem?
I find the flashing light irritating but I am concerned that they are out of action. Can anyone tell me which fuse operates the air bag system?
