Okay. Andy of AVA very kindly rang me back. Even tho he is off today to say he has a green one in his bongo. £10/15 I wish £37 mate and I paid next day postage on top. there is some serious Hang gliding to be done this weekend

No worries :D , make sure you know how to bleed it ok if you're doing it yourself. New (genuine) thermostat would be a good idea too if it's not been replaced already, AVA stock them too, be worth checking they're genuine, if not, the club shop sell em. The old girl been running fine then this evening, Drove 2 mins down the road and the mason alarms gone of big time stop asap. and got towed back she starts fine but fan cuts in almost instantly. No water loss. so I am thinking either waterpump or i have suddenly got an airlock. All pipes appear cool...

I did exactly what Kirsty did. But one tip my drive is on a slight up slope i am convinced it made it easier to bleed the system. And i managed it using Haydens bleeding technic single handed. Its so good with the new stat i can see the thermostatic kick in on my mason alarm up a long hill. Regards ...
