Re: any morris dancers going to the bash?

Actually, I wouldn't mind having a go at Morris dancing, being a line dancer! How about a lesson for newbies?

Re: Cracked windscreen

Well, Dave from Autoglass has been and gone. While he fitted my super duper bronze tint windscreen, with the top tint too by the way, I told him the trouble I had been having with insurance companies and Autoglass over the last couple of days, and my conversations with you lot in between. He said he...

So Morris Men have something to take the p**** out of.

Had a go once as a good friend of mine is with a Morris Side, always enjoy watching it.

Re: Cracked windscreen

Well, I rang NIG and was told to ring Lifesure. I rang Lifesure and they told me that they've heard of a couple of instances where Autoglass have quoted over and above the £500 limit. They suggested I ring around to see if it would be cheaper to source it from elsewhere, eg one of the other Auto Win...

Re: Cracked windscreen

I would query this Jilly - We're with NIG and had the windscreen replaced by autoglass - we only had to pay the excess. Only difference I can see so far is the colour of the tint! Mmm! Think I'll do that in the morning! Autoglass are coming round tomorrow afternoon to do the job. I'm going to Cornw...

Re: Cracked windscreen

I had a call from Autoglass today. They had to refer back to NIG because of the cost of the windscreen and there's a limit of £500 on my policy. They said the windscreen costs £766.28 and I would have to pay an addition £191.68 after taking into account the £75.00 excess I've already paid!!!! I quer...

Re: Suggestion for non-film buffs

Nice idea. Hmmmm possible we might come if we are feeling energetic. Mind you is it one of those where monkey rip bits of your motor - worth checking that out just in case. Don't want our beloved Bongos b*ggered about with by monkeys  There are specifically no monkey enclosures you drive thr...

Re: Cracked windscreen

Well here's the update... Been to see autoglass today. They've confirmed as I thought that it's a green tint. They've got to order it in which will take a few days apparently which I guess you'd expect for a reasonably uncommon vehicle. However, here's what I wasn't expecting...because the vehicle ...

Suggestion for non-film buffs

If anyone else doesn't fancy the idea of watching films, perhaps others may like to join us on a trip to Bewdley Safari Park? I really enjoyed the trip that year [many moons ago] and my OH wants to go. Will be cool to join up with other bongos and make it a convoy. Looking to go on the Saturday at a...

Re: Basic Maintainance Classes and Coolant Alarm Fitting

Alarms/BMW Clocks will be available to buy on site but will only be fitted if time allows...these unbooked fittings will be £15 and again the money will go to the charity.(you could fit them yourself {dead easy} and I will be around if you get a problem {unlikely}) Hi, we bought one of your clocks ...
