Afternoon All does anyone no can you replace the ball joint on the front wishbone, if so can you recommend where i can get one from. Mazda have told my local garage you have to buy the whole wishbone.

Got mine done through my insurance (lifesure) cost 60 pounds. I think it was autowindscreens that did it.

Hi BDC i have the EGR blanked off and the shut valve must have been removed before got it

Have checked all hoses and yes it is twin battery but i have no exhaust shut valve and the switch is always off. Have also had the intercooler out and given that a good clean but still the same.

Hey Mister M. having the same problem myself, my local garage told me it was the injectors so i changed the injectors, then they said it was the turbo so i changed the turbo. And still having the same problem, then i seen dandys post about the throttle position sensor which i am going to try next if...

Spoke to bloody soon, went to go to work and same problem black smoke when accelerating so maybe wasnt injectors. back to the garage i think.

Hi Alec have had the same problem myself, i have also tried all the additives, got blanking plates from Allans but still the same prob. So today fitted new injectors and they have made a hell of a difference.

does anybody know where i would get an EGR non return valve from as local mecnanic says mine is not there, looks like its snapped off. He says thats why i am having the black smoke problem that i posted last week, can anyone help.
