mp3 codecs
The above Bongo Club Videos work correctly on MS Windows. Android systems do not have a built in codec for mp3 music or animated gif files. There is an animated graphic in the introduction which I might remove for your convenience, and there is background music which will not play in native Android ...

Re: Angry funnel eruptions whilst bleeding
It would not surprise me if it was simply a classic case of STEAM in the cylinder head. With an open cooling system with no pressure, and probably a very low concentration of anti-freeze, you could quickly exceed boiling point and produce steam if you don't monitor the cylinder head temperature with...

Re: When to change cam belt
Cambelts should be changed every 100,000 Kilometres or 62,137 Miles.
I am of the same opinion as Diplomat, change it for peace of mind.

Re: Bongo kms or miles
If the clock face reads 0 - 180, then it has definitely been chipped and the odometersJamie P wrote:All the mots say miles and the clock face went upto 180 mph.
will be recording Miles, it's the easiest option for the importers.
Do as Haydn says and convert the original import kilometers to Miles.

Re: fuel cap fix?
That's how it should be. There is a vacuum relief valve in case the
pressure (vacuum) gets too low in the tank which will stop the tank
collapsing. It's designed to stop fuel fumes escaping from the tank.

Re: Question on coolant flow to the heater matrix's
The coolant flow is constant through the matrix at max engine temperature.
The exit air temperature is controlled by mixing the inlet air to the matrix
from alternative sources. Automatic flaps on the electronic version depending
on the set temperature.

Re: What 18" tyres ?
I currently have 18" wheels on my 4x4 AFT they came with 225/40 18 tyres which are giving my speedo a 10% negative reading according to my sat nav, i have been advised by the nice people on this site that i should infact be using 245/40 R18 tyres to get the rolling radius to almost the same as...

Re: Fuel consumption ?
Recently I have been paying £1.25 per Litre which is 36 litres for 200 miles.
That's an average of 25.26 MPG, not bad depending on what sort of journey
you did and how fast you went.

Re: White Smoke & Lupiness On Startup - Glowplugs Fine . . .
If the glow plugs are not getting up to full temperature before you crank the engine you will get a poor burn with a cold engine, hence unburnt fuel in the exhaust, even though the engine may appear to be running smoothly. I am only suggesting you thouroughly investigate this reaction before you com...

Re: White Smoke & Lupiness On Startup - Glowplugs Fine . . .
If it's white "Smoke" as you say: diesel contains around 10% Hydrogen by weight and burns to steam (H20) which condenses to water vapour in a cold exhaust system. A hot exhaust system will maintain the steam property which is invisible but still there. If it runs fine when it gets up to te...
