Nationwide Building Society Breakdown Cover

If it is the pipe mentioned, i cant get to the far end as it is out of sight behind a lot of metal

my first thought was to cut and reattach, but there is not enough slap as the hole is about 3" from the end.

I have found a small fuel leak in my 2.5td bongo. It is coming from the small braided pipe as shown in the picture with the yellow cable tie around it (obviously not standard!) At tick over it drips every 10-20 seconds, at 2000rpm it bubbles, dripping every 2-3 seconds. I can see where it starts, bu...
