Re: Outdoor Revolution Oxygen Movelite Advice

We have the MoveLite 3. If you can, go for the latest version. The earlier one that we have does not have the little canopy over the door to stop rain water coming in. After rain, we get water coming in every time we go out if we don't remember to raise the roof a bit!

Re: V6 Water pump

Thank you. I'll pass this on to my friendly garage guy. He was going to try and find out, but he's so busy!

Cheers,

V6 Water pump

Is it possible to change the water pump on a V6 without removing the cam belt? I'm guessing not, because it probably drives the water pump?

Thanks Mike. That helps me a lot.

One of my shift lights is out (D) and I have some spare T10 LEDs from a project on my MK1 MX5 :)

Re: New Shape LPG Spare Wheel

Before we had our LPG system removed, we kept the skinny spare under the rear seat in a fitted cover. It was out of the way and generally, not a problem. Why did you bin the LPG ?? The system was on the van when we bought it. It wasn't a driving factor of the purchase. The LPG controller (NX Gas) w...

Re: Seeking advice on upgrading Outwell awning to Airbeam?

I've just bought an Outdoor Revolution Oxygen Movelite 3 awning. It's pretty good. It replaced a Khyam Motordome Classic, which is pretty hard to beat in terms of speed of erection (ahem). The new awning is bigger, for those wet days, and has a sewn in groundsheet. The tunnel to the van is shorter,...

Re: Doctor Doolittle: Talking to your Bongo (with a PC)

The Bongo will only have OBD I, not OBD II, so fancy on-the-fly info will not be available through the OBD port. However, as g8dhe mentioned, some pulse counting could be done, though I don't think this piece of kit has a suitable interface for that.

Re: Fitting spoiler..

It's a good chance that the spoiler brake light needs to be wired the correct way around as they are a strip of LEDs. LEDs will only conduct in one direction, but if you do get it wrong, they won't blow, they just won't work. As for colour coding, I would expect one of the wires (probably black) to ...

Re: Front suspension camber adjustment.....? Monroe Magic Ca

I've used them on a previous car. They work well and do the job, but are a bit of a faff to get right. You need a camber gauge and a flat area. Fit, adjust, replace wheel, lower, roll car back and forth, measure, raise car, remove wheel, adjust, repeat .. and repeat .. and then do the other side and...
